Smartovation Technologies was founded in August 2009 by Tom Whipple and is based in Ventura, CA. Tom has more than a decade of software development experience that spans a wide array of experiences. His resume began in the .com days of the late 1990’s. He went on to earn a Master of Science degree in computer science from the University of Minnesota. Prior to founding Smartovation Technologies, Tom worked on embedded software for defense projects.
